Birds

We have now expanded our rescue to doing Bird Rescue.

- Rehome birds

- Foster birds when space is available, but also house in a rescue setting

- Vet check ups on all birds coming into rescue
- Wish lists for people looking for certain birds
- Provide education about birds, including a bird basics information and/or classes to educate on bird safety, health and well-being prior to adoption.

- Provide help with community by working with current owners to keep their birds, but work on the problem or behavior.

- Provide wing, nail and minor beak trims for small donation, rescue bird or not---by appointment only.

- Provide the opportunity to purchase food, toys, perches and/or cages through the rescue. We will do our best to accommodate everyone's needs.

Meet male cockatiel Ying whom was surrendered with Yang. He is a bit of a feather picker and does have some feathers missing around his neck, but otherwise in full feather. He comes with the cage he's in, perches and food dishes that were surrendered with him.
